Cancellation Policy

At Balsam Natural Health, appointments are scheduled specifically for you and that time is reserved just for your care.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. However, because appointment times are limited and cannot usually be filled at short notice, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations and missed appointments

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged the 50% of the consultation fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full consultation fee.

This policy exists because when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, that time cannot be offered to another client who may be waiting for care.

How to cancel or reschedule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible by email or phone so we can offer the appointment to someone else. You can also go online and change the appointment yourself.
